this new crew makes hattie mcdaniel seem noble. the lowest slime on the streets is the pimp,
who exploits the bodies of women. merchandizing human property. yet,of all of the music composed by black creative artists, one expressing sympathy for the pimp is chosen for an
academy award. even worse is an oscar going to "crash,"a film that empathizes with a rogue cop.
the film endorses police brutality as something that is just part of the job description. more
evidence that hiphop actors missed the legacy of the 19960s and where formerly they were
selling crack now they're selling plantation images for the enjoyment of the kind of audience that
used to crave minstrel shows. the two hoppers who played the role of carjackers recall the old cartoon crows who talked in dialect. this is the hollywood that gets a reputation for liberalism, but when it comes to portraying blacks, there's very little difference between its attitudes and that of the klan

last night's paula zahn show featured a show about prostitutes in chicago.the black prostitute
was identified, while the faces of the white johns were covered with dancing checkers. this
is how cnn and other networks cover up pathology among white men, perhaps because the
media owners and producers are white men.

evan thomas appeared on feb.27. this time, he defended harvard's lawrence summers. this is the harvard president who has resigned rather than face a no confidence vote
from the harvard faculty. he then engaged in some banter with imus about harvard professors without any facts to back on generalizations that were designed to agitate the yahoos and the
political and journalist elite who fawn over d.imus. summers was the one who said that women
don't have the necessities to do science which, i guess explains why fifty percent of those who
graduate from medical school are women.a few appearances ago he said that men in the inner
city enjoy knocking around their women, when the studies i read say it's white men who are doing most of the knocking of women.
